Shipping Information

At Cibdol we take shipping very seriously. We ship our CBD oil to all countries in the European Union. We use the latest techniques and services to ensure that your package arrives safely, securely and in a timely manner. All of our products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packages, and sent via ‘Track & Trace’ couriers – ensuring total control and peace of mind.

Shipping costs

Customers:
For orders under €25,- we charge €6,95 for shipping throughout and in the EU.

Wholesale:
For orders under €250,- (ex VAT) we charge €5,75 (ex VAT) for shipping throughout and in the EU.

Delivery time

We send all of our packages with a ‘Track and Trace’ courier service, which allows your package to be tracked online. The tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered the next working day. Deliveries to other countries within the EU usually take between 2-8 working days.
